2nd experiance I went back because I had very limited options. I raised the review to three stars because my second intake specialist did here job well and was very patient. I appricated Shannon's work but the guy who was previously there should be undergoing anger managment therapy. So I cant give the 5 stars I would like to. I am thankful I am not an angry person like I was when I was younger or that incident would have lead to a physical altercation.
