If I could leave a negative star I would. I’m a local business owner in the Houston, Tx area. I received a phone call from a man named Bradley Hodges. He works for this Gates. This man called my business wanting to “trade” services. Bradley wanted my business to come clean out apartments for free. My payment would be keeping the “good” items to resell. I live at the emerald pointe apartments in Pasadena texas the management and the management are the worst i has ever seen i had ask them to gix a kitchen light fixture but they never did and also had told them about the outside condenser fan motor is not working but did not fix it ,,so i has no air conditioning
Gatesco is a disaster, their managers are not prepare. They lie, I have called the police five times to my neighbors because she is damaging my car. I call Gatesco and they never answer or call me back.
Teenagers living NEXT door to me harassing me. Throwing food, Nick knacks on my PATIO. Management has received many complaints from me VIA email. Presidioclearlake. Nothing done?
