Horrible experience chocked and aspirated on an egg, while in a thyroid storm. The EMT walked in my parents house and my father was terminal ill. She called me a junkie, and said I was intoxicated, I was not. My son followed her to SMH, took her 40 minutes to get there. My o2 sat was 53. I was intubated and was on a ventilator for 48 hours my ethanol level was negative. Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude for the help with my elderly neighbor this morning. The 2 worked with the neighbor to get him to realize he needed help. I didn’t catch their names but I’m glad they were able to get the job done in a firm but compassionate manner !
I just wanted to thank the two paramedics who came and helped my Dad this morning. You both were very professional and checked his vitals twice and made sure he was ok.It's nice to know that we still have professionals that care about the elderly. Thank you again, Lori Webster
