Very pleasant, no pressure experience. Our salesperson (Daniel Castro) was friendly and easy to talk to and worked out a deal where we certainly were satisfied with and feel we got the vehicle we were looking for and at a very, very fair price. Absolutely would recommend both Gates Toyota and Daniel!
I will never buy car from here again brought two vehicles and had issues with them both within 4 months smh

Went to Gates Toyota to get a new car. Eric H was a great help. Did not feel pressured and he was very calm and thorough when answering my questions. Only took around 4 hours to find a car, go through loan paperwork and then drive it away that same day. I would for sure recommend Gates to family and friends.
Phenomenal dealership, Patrick our salesman was awesome to work with and he did a great job, they were extremely helpful finding us exactly what we wanted with no extra markups over MSRP, Marcus in finance made the paperwork extremely simple and a fast process. Worth the 2hr drive from Michigan to purchase from Gates Toyota!
