i got a great car from here, however the guy Coach was quite pushy. the car also turned out to have old lifesaver snacks under the seat, which attracted bugs over the hot summer. thankfully we were able to take care of it.

My mom went to Gates to get a new car. Jimmy H. In sales was very helpful in getting her the car she wanted. He worked with her to make sure she got the color and features she wanted. He worked with her to find a car when when they didn’t have one on lot. He communicated well and assisted with setting up her phone to the car and showing her all the features inside the car.
Second time I’ve been to this Toyota for service. I chose it because it is the closest Toyota dealership to where I live (30min drive). First time was a routine 10,000 mile oil change. It took way longer than expected, about an hour and a half. Second time I came to get my front tire replaced. Boyfriend had hit a big pothole that put a nasty gash on the side wall of my front passenger tire. We put my spare on. I made the appointment through the app for a tire repair/change.
