How do you think somebody who has helped you so much over the years I’m dyslexic I’m ADD bipolar and suffer from insomnia and after car accident I suffer with chronic pain in my spine. Karen was very welcoming as long as she was taking my money however after a missed appointment due to health complications (the reason I was seeing her in the first place) she dropped me. I came to pay her in person and was told to wait in the lobby. She didn't even have the courtesy to see me but phoned me and dismissed me in in a very abrupt and rude manner.
