Great customer service as far as dropping off my car. But I dropped my suv off on Wednesday night for an appointment on Thursday morning and by Friday they still hadn't looked at my vehicle. I understand running behind, but I needed a vehicle and they proceeded to tell me they couldn't give me one. No update by the end of the day friday.
