I stopped by the property today. I did not have an appointment and I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady named Peyton Mercer. I told her what I was looking for and when I was planning to move. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me a two bdr/bth flat that was a model suite. She didn't have a 2/2 to show me, but did give me a folder with all the rental information in it. Peyton was great and I am looking forward to working with her in the near future. Sincerly, Ja'Nale Roberts (hopefully a future tenant)

I lived in the North Building for just over 2 years and would consider my experience to be overall positive. My apartment was large for the rent I was paying and had good features like a dishwasher, balcony, and central AC. The building is surprisingly quiet for how many people live there, and I rarely heard my neighbors through the walls. I have lived at the North building for about 4 years now. Living at this apartment complex has been a frustrating experience. I have been waiting for four months for my bathroom sink to be fixed, and despite 10 different maintenance personnel coming by to "repair" it, the problem still persists. The lack of effective communication and timely service is incredibly disappointing. I expected better management, communication, and service in general from a place that I call home. I have been a resident here for 11 months. I like the fact that there’s a laundry room with lots of machines and dryers .Exercise room. Secured access to the exterior doors.Receiving Mail and packages has not been an issue.There are improvements being made to the W bldg car port and garage. Anytime I have requested maintenance I have been serviced within 1/2 days. My only complaint is that the elevators have been down a few times and the air conditioning wasn’t working at the beginning of the hot days. So far I haven’t had a... read more

The people who work at the leasing office are very nice and knowledgeable. The room spaces are clean, spacious, and work well with your income type. They also offer a lot of fun additions like a pool, lakeside view, and a party room. Jason was the representative we spoke with at the leasing office and he was wonderful and so helpful.
