Avoid them at all cost! 1- financial and ethical incompetence: similar to the previous review, they failed to provide a proof of not receiving payment on time (knowing I provided proof they delayed to cash check) but took unauthorized $30 2- I am not sure how the inspection would clear such construction. I could go on about the safety conditions and the elevators being out of service or the cleanliness. The bottom line for me was that I had to move out early and was promised that if they found another tenant in the four months remaining that I would be relieved of further payments. They found a new tenant in 2 weeks then denied it. These people are liars. That’s enough for me to say stay far away. If they lie about that then they will lie about anything.

I have lived here for 5 years now and I have to say that it's a little rough but all the people in the North building working do awesome work we've had multiple repair issues resolved promptly. Hope Little Lake Erie in front of leasing office disappears in the driveway before next rain stom.

My experience working with Alexus was such a pleasant experience in leasing my new apartment. She was a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with the other place that I had contacted. I am so happy with my choice and being able to have a nice home to live in.

I have lived at the North building for about 4 years now. Living at this apartment complex has been a frustrating experience. I have been waiting for four months for my bathroom sink to be fixed, and despite 10 different maintenance personnel coming by to "repair" it, the problem still persists. The lack of effective communication and timely service is incredibly disappointing. I expected better management, communication, and service in general from a place that I call home.
