As a person with severe disabilities and a long-time resident under K&D Management, I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received at Gate Mills Place. My experience began with a troubling interaction with Nick, the leasing manager. His tone was rude and dismissive—so much so that even my 8-year-old son noticed. Jazmin, the leasing agent was very prompt and nice. She got me through the process easily, showed me a corresponding apartment at the nearest time block and was (and is) very responsive to emails. The apartments are roomy, well kept and highly refurbished (except perhaps the kitchen cabinets - small detail). But the best part is the view from the balcony and the natural surroundings - can't beat it.

Each building in Gates Mills Place has a customer service representative. The person in my building is Anita. She does a really great job. Always a pleasant hello and smile in the morning. She does an excellent job helping with all the packages and mail each day. She also does excellent follow up on any work need in your apt. suite. Lucky to have Anita working in my building.

I live in the North building and It just so happened I worked from home today. I was pleasantly surprise to receive a brand new stove/range professionally setup & installed by GMP maintenance technician Harrison. Harrison, and I had a nice conversation on life and opportunity as he installed my new appliance. I wanted to formally thank him for an excellent tenant services expierence. Keep up the good work! I live in the South Building of Gates Mills Place Apartments. I have been here 1 year now. Maintenance guys are usually friendly and knowledgeable. What I really want to say is about Customer Service agent Peyton. She goes out of her way to help. When I was sick with the Flu she put my mail outside my apartment door. She takes care of having maintenance guys take care of any issues. Peyton is the fourth Customer Service Rep. since I've been here. She is the best.
