I live in the South Building of Gates Mills Place Apartments. I have been here 1 year now. Maintenance guys are usually friendly and knowledgeable. What I really want to say is about Customer Service agent Peyton. She goes out of her way to help. When I was sick with the Flu she put my mail outside my apartment door. She takes care of having maintenance guys take care of any issues. Peyton is the fourth Customer Service Rep. since I've been here. She is the best.
I have lived in the north building for over two years now and I have no complaints. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I love the front desk assistant Judy , she is always so sweet and personable she knows me and all of my family by name. The maintenance team is quick and attentive. They get to my needs very fast. You can often see the cleaning crew cleaning all the main areas of the apartment keeping it nice and tidy. I recommend the north building!!
I have lived here for quite a few years, lived in south building and now live in north! The north building is perfect Judy at the front desk is so sweet she takes care of all the packages! Maintenance is quick and on the spot! This building is by far the quietest and cleanest! Judy I appreciate you, thank you for the great job you do!
I live in the North building and It just so happened I worked from home today. I was pleasantly surprise to receive a brand new stove/range professionally setup & installed by GMP maintenance technician Harrison. Harrison, and I had a nice conversation on life and opportunity as he installed my new appliance. I wanted to formally thank him for an excellent tenant services expierence. Keep up the good work! I'm leaving a review for the West building at Gates Mill Place. I just wanted to say that Ms. Anita Williams, the resident service representative, is the best! She's always smiling and has a bright attitude. My son is a resident at the building going on 3 years and every time I visit she's so pleasant. I asked her why there isn't any soft music playing in the lobby, because it seems like it would brighten the area to match her energy. She said it wasn't allowed.
