It's run by Quest now. It was a qeust to get my bood work done. Apparently walk ins are not welcome. The line was out the door into the hallway no where to sit. No reception it's run by an iPad. I asked for help on th iPad and it said to wait 41 minutes. F-that. I left. It used to be good when UH ran it walk in and out and was quick with UH. I'll ask my doctor for an alternative place that's not run by an ipad.
I went in for a lumbar x-ray, I had to check in, & register in 2 different time consuming ways. Then at registration I’m told that if I wait longer than 15 minutes to let them know & then she (the receptionist) leaves the desk. I was the only one there when I arrived, and then people kept coming & being treated, except for the only black girl to come in during my visit. I try not to think it’s like this, but it certainly is.
It would helped if they answered their phone, I called a few times earlier today and noone would answer. This is their current hours. 3-17-21
