Our Santa Fe Sport was having some inconsistent jerking feelings in the mountains when downshifting. We called Gates and they worked us in on short notice. Tarryn at the service desk was great. Our vehicle has a failing catalytic converter, but we ruled out the transmission and continue on our trip. If we lived in Richmond area, we’d definitely look to Gates Hyundai for service. Thanks!
I pulled onto an empty service bay and waited several minutes for someone to appear.. I was told that I could not get any service on a Sat except an o change.. the young man was surly and unpleasant. . Do not recommend stopping here
