Terrible company to work for. Nepotism runs rampant at the executive level. Unfair treatment from supervisors, lack of support, lack of assistance with training,
I enjoy giving positive reviews but this is one company that does not deserve even a shred of positivity. The condominium community where I own multiple homes was managed by GHA. Thank goodness they are gone. Besides the fact that they had a lazy manager there, they are horrible at customer service and managing accounts. When they left our community, the accounts for my two homes were screwed up. I have never been late paying my bills ever. I have lived at Andrew's ridge apartments since 2018 under Donaldson group and it wasn't a bad management as of December 2020 it was sold to gate Hudson this is the worst management I have lived under they don't fix anything the manager never comes out of her office to speak to any of her tenants the person over this property whose name is Michael he is very unprofessional and rude he doesn't want to hear what you have to say my washing machine has been broke for six months and is still broken management has done n... read more
