We love Gates!! The sales team and employees have to be the best there is. Amy, Chase, Rex and Joseph were all phenomenal. I’m sure we will be back. This is our second purchase. Our son also recently bought a truck from Gates. Highly satisfied!
Dismissive service and a missed diagnosis I brought my F-150 in to address a specific noise that sounded like a backfire. Despite explaining that I am familiar with the normal operating sounds of the 5.0L Coyote engine and that this was definitely a new, distinct issue, the service department completely dismissed my concerns.
