The realtor was great! until the contract for the sale of my house .... I thought that when both sellers and buyers have a contract that explains the details of sale thoroughly and all parties obey by it. So what's the point of wasting time and money for a contract that's not binding.

Mike Bertolucci represented me in a recent sale and also a purchase. His manner is down to earth and solid and he hears to his clients rather than nodding and listening to himself selling in that certain way many agents and brokers tend to do.... Gotta say, his negotiating skills are top drawer as well. I can attest to this.... If it's Napa Valley one is buying into, this agency is a wise start.
