My client had a new garage door installed by GDI less than three months ago. Yesterday the garage door broke in the afternoon and was half open. The cables that lift and lower the garage door were winding around the main spindle and not the tracks they are supposed to sit on. Our technician Bert was amazing. He was prompt, informative, efficient and helpful in every way. He also provided additional information that would be helpful for us to know regarding future maintenance of our garage door. He provided an exceptional customer experience and we will certainly request him again in the future.
Our gate stopped working last Sunday, just when my family and I had a barbecue in our house: our guests couldn't get in with their cars and we didn't know what to do. But Iron Men LA Gates and Doors provided us with an extremely professional service: although it was a weekend, they were available and did not charge us extra money to provide us with their service. They were very effective: after less than an hour, they repaired our gate and it was even better than before. Thanks a lot!
