My overall experience was subpar. The repair for the hail damage does look good and Im happy with the quality of work. However, it was very frustrating that I had no updates or communication for the 3 weeks it took to repair my car. I was originally told it would take around a week for the repair and someone would call to confirm this timeline. No one communicated anything to me for the 3 weeks they had the car. Our 3500 ram had gotten hail damage. They had it fixed and back to us in 3 days. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable would recommend them 1000 times over
S Park Street location has amazingly kind and hardworking employees. They also did great work. I had positive interactions with everyone there, and the manager definitely was a team player— putting in long hours to keep up with the high demand after hail struck our area.
