I had a fantastic experience here from start to finish. They were able to get my car in about a month earlier than other local shops were quoting, which was a huge relief. A special shoutout to Kaylee at the front desk—she's an absolute rockstar. She noticed that, because of my car drop-off timing, it would have been sitting outside overnight before my scheduled appointment the next morning, right as a hailstorm was expected. I went to Gerber for a hail damage insurance estimate, scheduled by my insurance company. The process was quick, and service was personable. Everything was explained in sufficient detail.

Worst customer service! Kept being told by each location to go to another location, and the third location gave me more misinformation! Will never go to a Gerber again! Never!

I had a great experience with Gerber Collision! Kalei was incredible — super respectful, communicative, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. After being rear-ended, I was worried about how my car would look, but the repair turned out amazing. You honestly can’t tell anything ever happened to the back of my car (thankfully).
