I went to Gerber for a hail damage insurance estimate, scheduled by my insurance company. The process was quick, and service was personable. Everything was explained in sufficient detail.
Worst customer service! Kept being told by each location to go to another location, and the third location gave me more misinformation! Will never go to a Gerber again! Never!
I had a great experience with Gerber Collision! Kalei was incredible — super respectful, communicative, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. This place does sub par work still waiting to get the fix fixed its been 4 months now they won't call me back Avoid them 2025 they never called never cared just wanted the money, my car is now rusted in the spot they fixed....
Wonderful customer service! Visiting family and got rear ended. As I need to get back home and can’t wait for repairs the estimator and the owner both looked over my vehicle and helped me understand what to watch out for as I’m on my way back.
