Had the absolute worst experience living here. There are bedbugs living in the walls. We tried to hire our own exterminator, but were told to hire one from the company that came about a week after they were first found. Once their exterminator came, the bugs were back within a month. Our laundry and packages would get stolen if they were out for even an hour. The property managers were very difficult to contact throughout every issue. I would not recommend that anyone lives here!

This place sucks roaches everywhere and they don't do a thing. Electricit boxes full of dust and breakers popping and sliding out of place sp they don't fit right and power keeps going out all the time

Okay now since Miss Erika Korbs became the property manager this year, at the gate circle apartments. She put up new cameras. She took away the garbage cans & gave us 2 dumpsters. I noticed that a lot of people who don't live in 1310 Delaware gate circle apartments a lot of outsiders like to illegally dump their garbage & their used broken furniture buy the dumpsters. It’s horrible here I see they keep deleting comments about the rodent problem in the building smh! 3 times in the last 5 or 6 months rodents have been reported inside apartments and nothing has been done! That’s what court is for!! RODENTS! STAY AWAY!! DISGUSTING!!!
