Okay now since Miss Erika Korbs became the property manager this year, at the gate circle apartments. She put up new cameras. She took away the garbage cans & gave us 2 dumpsters. It’s horrible here I see they keep deleting comments about the rodent problem in the building smh! 3 times in the last 5 or 6 months rodents have been reported inside apartments and nothing has been done! That’s what court is for!! RODENTS! STAY AWAY!! DISGUSTING!!!

Please whatever you do do not move here the office staff is horrible they only care about money. You tell them u have a problem they don't care unless you owe them money. People breaking in people's apartments. Dirty hallways Crack heads all in the building People making noise all hours of the night. My house got broken in to and the guy the broke in was butt necked the office didn't do nothing about it the man is still there crazy.
