I have never dealt with a better dealership than Gates. They offer superior customer service. They go above and beyond to give you the best deal. I will never go anywhere else.
Don't use this dealership!!! I was going to buy a car from here but changed plans. For the past month I've been chasing the salesman, James, and the sales manager trying to get my deposit refunded and all I get is their voice mail. Next stop is filing a police report. all this place wants is your money!!! i bought a car here for 17k and 4 months later tried to sell it back to them in the same condition that i bought it in and with low mileage gained and they were going to give me only 9k. I thought that was so unfair since I bought it from them and it was only 4 months ago, in the same great condition and great mileage.
