I was so pleased with their service. My garage door rollers had popped off after being loose for a while. Another repair person had not fixed the door completely when the springs broke even after i repeatedly called them to check it. Gates Brooklyn came only a couple hours after i called and fixed my problem in just two hours

I had an automatic gate that could be opened and closed easily without any manual effort, the remote control did its job, but due to some error the gate stopped working automatically. First I thought that there is some problem in the remote control but then I thought of consulting a gate repair company and they came and found that the chain of the gate had some defect, they immediately solved the issue that too in a cost effective manner.

Wow!! All I can say, I am in complete shock. They have the best service and feedback. I got the quickest response ever out of any company I have ever called. I needed to remodel a gate for my aunt for her backyard, a specific style to go with the back and they were able to offer us best price minutes after being on phone, MINUTES.

Gates Brooklyn was wonderful to work with. They have brought the catalog to my home to show me different styles to choose from before we work. Once I picked the gate that I wanted, the installer did all the measurements so that it would be the perfect fit. It took just a week to finish and that was great. Very very high rating people; what I'd rate them.
