I've been a tenant for 11years now!
I would never do business with this woman again!!! The house was a nightmare - when we arrived it was filthy - we had to clean the house - the carpets smelled like cat urine - i had to clean the carpets before we settled. Then the washer went out - that took two weeks to fix - the dryer went out - the microwave never worked. The well pump went out - we had no drinkable water for 6 weeks - we used the laundromat and bottled water!
