It has been 6 weeks since we dropped our car off and I can't get any information about it. I call 6 times a day and can't get anyone to answer the phone for a week now or return my messages. Last week I was promised I would get a call back with some information and that never happened. I had work done in this shop before and the engine is covered under warranty but I have no idea what it is even wrong with it.

My daughter has her car with Gates since before Christmas! She would like to have her car back, but can't get anyone to return her calls. What's up with that!

I have found TRUE mechanics at Gates Automotive!!! They do not get anymore honest! I swear by them! Please tell all women that if they want an honest estimate just ask for David! They saved my life by finding something wrong that could have caused a very dangerous accident-and they showed me the part that they replaced! I can't say enough! Just TRUST ME!!!
