Had a negative experience with a member of the Spencerport - Gates ambulance team. Out of concern for the individual who was seeking medical attention the paramedic decided to shove me on two separate occasions and made remarks to back off. Wife went through a harsh surgery and was unable to walk on her own and inquired about borrowing a walker. I called Gates ambulance and the person handling the phone told me everyone at this station was out on calls but she was more than happy to drive out and meet me at this station to get one in our hands.
