Arista is amazing! I know healing takes time, but I felt results after my first session with her. We’re working on treating my chronic knee and shoulder pain as well as some mental heath stuff. I was a little nervous for my appointment but she instantly put me at ease. She’s so knowledgeable and good good at explaining what she’s doing.

I feel so blessed to have been referred to Arista by my naturopath. I been to other acupuncture practitioners and no one has been more attentive, thorough and made me feel at such ease. You can tell that she truly cares. I was having menstrual cramps one session and her treatment took away the pain during the treatment and for a little while after..amazing! I would highly recommend Arista to anyone thinking about acupuncture.

Arista has a wonderful touch and presence! I felt very safe and relaxed with her treatment. Although I know you need more than one session to correct an imbalance, my presenting issues resolved immediately! I would highly recommend her!
