DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The maintenance department sucks. They are not qualified to screw in a light bulb. I have been waiting over a year for them to fix my kithchen floors. Maintenance installed them 2 years ago and they now coming up. The same guy installed a dishwasher 2 years ago and he installed it wrong by putting the hot side to the cold side. I moved into one of their properties. It took 2 months before someone showed up to do maintenance requests. When they did send someone it looked like someone from the streets (unprofessional). Candance was unkind and unhelpful to me and my family. The property we rented with them was put up for short sale 3 months after we moved in. Absolutely terrible dishonest company. We were homeowners for 15years. We decided to rent because we had to make a cross country move for my husband's company. On the day of our arrival- the house was flea infested- cockroach and mouse infested-filthy- mold infested. It took 8days to get a response from Gatekeeper- only to hear PESTS IS YA'LLS PROBLEM. We rented a home in Fairfield from this company about six years ago. It’s been a long one, but I will always remember how many issues we had with the office staff there! Hard to get anything fixed.
