If you value your stuff, don’t keep it here. Yes, it’s cheaper than other places, but you get what you pay for. I went to my unit at the beginning of December to find it had been broken into along with about 4 other units.. Left many messages with management about it and never got a call back. Called the sheriffs department, filed a report, and even they had to jump through hoops to contact management.

I’ve only been with Gatekeeper for about 6 months. Unit was broken into 2 months ago whereas I was never contacted about the break in until I went to get into the unit and saw a different lock. Not concerned with items taken. Communication is horrible as there is none. Never notified when gate lock code was changed. They had my credit card on file for monthly withdrawals but never took out payment then charged me late fees for not doing so. Have had thousand of dollars stolen and nothing at all done, they knew about it and didn't even contact the folks that had storage out there.
