This place has bedbugs and did not believe when we told them! When I called to report it they said “what do you want us to do?” My response....give me back my money!! Then when we went to get refund we only got 1/2 back and had to find someplace else!

if I could give zero stars I would. avoid this place at all cost, dirty shower curtain with black mold, nasty carpet, used nicotine patch stuck to the bathroom door and worst of all bed bugs!!! they denied having bed bugs like we are lieing even after we showed them a picture. would not refund. turning this place into the health department.
Dirty disgusting place.one towel for two weeks, no clean sheets, electricity went out for hours at a time and only got turned on after hours of complaining. This is biggest rip off in Reno. Don't go there.
