Not only did he fix our problem, but when we were with another company for years, they could never find out why our gate made such a loud noise when opening and shutting. Tyler did something that COMPLETELY got rid of our problem. Our gate opens so quietly now, that sometimes I think it can't be working :)

We had the front of the house enclosed with a 6 foot fence and electric gate for security purposes. The design and execution is flawless and the craftsmanship is superb. Just had an annual lubrication and inspection for preventive purposes. Was delighted to see John again as he is our initial contact with the company and a true gentleman. Right on time as always and handled the service thoroughly and efficiently. We definitely can recommend The Gatekeeper for any fencing. gate, or security needs.
