Awful place to live since new management has taken over. They dont realize its the tenants that get them there paycheck. The fat guy Jon is a total pervert and he is super rude. Cant wait to move out. Be careful they're friendly when you want to rent but when you sign that lease and something broke its hell to get it fixed. You call them and they are rude as if you broke it. And they are quick to threaten tenants. be careful one of your tenants may work for HUD IJS.
Almost three years of living here, and everything's been great until now. Horrible experience. Staff and maintenance Personnel are completely non-responsive, now. I made several attempts and requests to just have a kitchen light bulb changed. The leasing office will keep telling you to put in the work order via the online portal.
