Kathleen and her crew of magicians were amazing in suppling a custom cake for my business partners 80th birthday. It was two separate cakes an "8" and a "0", three-layer, chocolate-cherry-white chocolate mousse filled and decorated with our company colors for the frosting. It was delivered precisely on time the morning of the event and as with all of their items - it was spectacular. Thank you and a special shout out to my Jersey gal Michelle.....she nailed it!
I looked at 4 different bakeries trying to source my wedding cake. Gateaux was the first place that made me feel like they were excited for me and not just like another customer they would suffer. At the consultation, they made sure I had a chance to taste the flavors that were important to me and were very thorough as we worked together to make my rough ideas into something beautiful. Gateaux did our beautiful wedding cake, our anniversary cake and our daughters Christening cake! We absolutely love their cakes! Highly recommend asking about their lemon options for a fun light summer flavor! It was a BIG hit!
