Whatever you folk want to do, do not engage with Gate Force. People like them should not be able to get away with the poor workmanship that they deliver and expect to be paid. Be warned!!!!!
I bought a gate motor including installation from Gate Force on March 19 2024. On installation day, motor had problems and Jason said it’s the battery, he’ll get a replacement from Bunnings. On March 22 2024, I started having issues with the gate remote and contacted gate force with no response via text messages. I reached out again on d 2nd of April 2024 I reached out to Gate Force again with no response. I called and got through at one point and was told Jason will be out to check the motor but no one came. Avoid this business. Experience with them after payment has been awful. They install faulty gate motors and ask you to pay for call out fees when you call to complain about the supplied product.
