Fantastic experience with Gate City Tree Service for a large crane-assisted tree removal project! They run a highly efficient and safe operation with multiple machines. Did a fine job taking the trees down. I wouldn't call it prompt service--called in summer, said couldn't work us in until November. Fine. Didn't come until February. Fine. Said they'd be back in spring for the stumps. Called them in July about the stumps. Said they could probably come the following week. It's now January and they haven't come for the stumps. Beginning to think k they are unreliable.
I had two trees that were a hazard and had to come down quickly. Rang them up on Saturday. They had a guy come give me an estimate right away. Came back on the Monday and took them right.
