Really good place, very attentive and considerate trainers. Everyone who works there cares about your health, safety, pace and growth. Just had an excellent class with Deena. There's no shame, no bluster just good modern well thought out workouts. Very supportive and considerate member base as well.
Amazing amazing gym and instructors! The workout itself can be very difficult but love how the trainers really help you with your form and push you as well. I live a little too far to be a member but 10/10 would recommend this gym!
Dropped in and was a fantastic workout! Very different workout however extremely impactful. So glad I dropped in and will do so again when I’m back in Redondo. Thx for having me!!
