Highly unprofessional agency who resorts to spam tactics and email-buying. They purchase their email lists from third party spam list providers and mass-email multiple times per week, then show you "big numbers" that indicate supposed engagement with your emails. Don't believe the hype though, that engagement isn't people who are happy with your products, it's people who are trying repeatedly to unsubscribe.
