Mattew did excellent job on his work to install a instant hot water heater, very honest and trustworthy working. I am very happy with new hot water heater and the price is very reasonable.
I am getting a hopeless service so far. Called twice within the warranty period. Third time they are saying it’s out of warranty sorry. Spoke to Kirra who was not willing to listen to my concerns, and in the end she swore at me and hung up. Bosch Australia has been made aware of the type of service I got from Gasworks and they are looking into it.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever received!! Been in a house for barely 4 months the hot water has never been hot and takes very long to get barely over luke warm. Was told that it was compliant on handover, it has never been what they're claiming. Before we barely started our conversation the Supervisor was instantly being dismissive and rude and clearly not wanting to adhere to the 12 month installation warranty! Has made an easy fix into a long drawn out issue! The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!
Good atmosphere and upmarket shopping. Food oriented shopping precinct which is secured by Woolworths. 30 years ago it was an industrial waste land WOW what a difference.
