Never got to see the doctor, only the physician assistant. I went once and after that visit I didn’t hear back for a while. When I called back to get my results, I was told “if we didn’t call you back, then there’s nothing we found”. I paid out of pocket mind you.

I would never recommend this doctor or Facility to a soul. I give this 24 hours and they might even try to take this review down. My referral was supposed to be sent last year! I’m now calling with the same issues trying to get my referral sent to VCU as it should’ve been last year. I showed this man colon cancer paperwork (at only 22-23 years old!) I was schedule to have an appointment tomorrow, but received a call from the receptionist telling me it was rebooked for TWO MONTHS later. No apology. No attempt to reschedule with another doctor for an earlier appointment until I asked. The receptionist was rude and did not seem to care. I would avoid this office.

Terrible experience, rude doctors, and they will not listen to you when you explain your problems. Would not recommend visiting here and finding another place to go. The biggest thing with doctors is having them listen to your concerns which the doctors here do not do. They do not care, you are just another number to them. If you want continual visits with absolutely no next steps, a plan, or change to your problems, go here. If you want to actually get help with your problems, go somewhere else.
