Dr. Adams and staff were amazing. Their bedside manners were second to none.
Lack of communication and lack of general assistance. My Short Term Disability company has sent forms for Dr. Jindal to review, fill out, sign and fax back to them. I was just recently informed that I have to have an appointment with the doctor in order for him to fill out the forms which is perplexing because Dr. initially saw me in the hospital where he conducted an endoscopy and I had a follow up endoscopy with him. I don't understand why he needs a visit to fill out forms when he should be extremely familiar with my case
The two tests I had no body like but the EGD and Colonoscopy went well. My mouth and throat are still sore from five days again. My stomach is very sore and still going to the bathroom quite much. Everyone was very professional and kind. Savanna got my IV on the first try, that was good. Everything went as scheduled.
All of the staff were very welcoming and kept me well informed on the procedure and timing.
