I was seen at the appointed time and staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor’s PA, Megan, did a very comprehensive assessment and explained in detail the symptomatic I was experiencing. Overall it was a very positive experience!
Nurse practitioner Megan was very helpful in diagnosing my problem and seeking a referral to a specialist. I do need to report a problem I had at the front desk. I was asked to provide my ID and insurance cards and was given a tablet to update my information and told to return it to collect my cards and ID. When I did so, I discovered that my ID and insurance cards had been given to another patient. Fortunately she had not been called back to see the doctor.
