Was very pleased with care received. Taylor Moo-Young listened to what I said and offered alternatives. She was friendly and professional. My only concern is they may have charged me a co-pay I was not responsible for.
This is a nice office, staff was pleasant, provider was thorough (however quite delayed). The facility (Wadsworth office) needs some touches…white noise, closed counter/registration area, acoustics, something. It feels like you have walked into an aluminum building, very cold and you can hear everything. It’s like they forgot to finish. Do nurses do not follow protocol? As far as my concerns is, they do not allow you 5 minutes at least before they check in your blood pressure part two. Then you must have a bare arm not with a sweatshirt on or pullover on to get an accurate reading of blood pressure that is found to be a problem everywhere. One minute they talk to you and they want your blood pressure and they tell you it's too high then they want to give you medication for false pretances
The young ladies at check in and vital signs were friendly and helpful. Kelley Flowers-Frazier was thorough, professional, and encouraging. When I got to scheduling, it seemed almost impossible to get a Colonoscopy appointment. It probably took 30 minutes for Maddie and the other young lady to snag an appointment for me. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible for me to go to Johnston-Willis, Chippenham, or St. Francis, which are convenient to me.
