I slept through the worst part of it. If I needed to have another one in 5 years, would pick the same place.
I had a great visit with Dr.Sandhu and his team. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. All staff members were polite and respectful.Dr. Sandhu is amazing ,he was patient, kind, and genuinely listened to my concerns. He clearly explained me the process of procedure which helped me feel confident in. Thanks to his clear communication and expertise. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.
Colonoscopy procedure went fine, no complaints. My issue is with the billing department. I was charged $500 for my colonoscopy and was told that would be the most I'd have to pay out of pocket. Here we are 10 months later and I'm being charged $3,000 for my procedure and they have NO record of my $500 payment made towards the procedure. An absolute mess.
Asking for medical records here = gastrointestinal specialists calling the police to report harassment....
