Absolute worst office I’ve ever experienced. Nurse Betsy specifically- she blocked my ability to speak to my gastrointerologist on multiple occasions. She also is incredibly condescending and rude to speak to. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone because the office phone goes straight to voicemail if you call them. When I ran out of my critical medication, I called to get it refilled and left messages for 4 days with no answer. It took going into the office in person to finally get my medication refilled. I have called this office 3 times in an attempt to get a prescription for an upcoming procedure. They have not returned my call. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism.
Was treated rudely and unprofessionally by staff. I will NOT get anything done there.
