Do NOT get tangled up into the Vanderbilt corporate web of crazy glue. Now that Dr Mark Miller is piece of the “profit before patient care” puzzle, I am personally through with his group. BEFORE he became affiliated with Vanderbilt THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. Now, I am running away from this office, and the people he now works for / with —and you should too.
Very lackadaisical attitude couldn't seem to get any of my imaging tests transferred from my general physician and can't do a single test in office so even if you need a simple blood draw its two appointments plus the actual blood draw at a different location with different hours so more than likely you're not going to have it done same day. Save yourself some time get a referral to st. Thomas gastroenterology at 100 physicians way also in Lebanon they have everything on site including imaging
DR Miller is wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone
If I could give no stars for dr Miller I would. He and his staff are extremely unprofessional. I had an episode of getting extremely sick and tried calling the nurse as I was having severe stomach pain, couldn’t eat anything and his nurse hung up on me after already being rude. They have no compassion and could care less about what was going on with me.
