This group is fantastic. They made an uncomfortable procedure as positive as possible. Everyone I met was courteous and efficient. The process was truly painless and I was out the door in a couple of hours.
Still waiting, now almost 2 hours past appointment time. Schedule your appointment elsewhere if possible. They have no regard for Scheduling.
I already had to wait 3 weeks just for an appointment. Then due to construction in the area I was 5 minutes late and they refused to see me. Like the doctor is that important. Get a life and I will tell my doctor to not recommend this practice moving forward
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. (Probably entitlement issues that were not met.). But the truth is from the time that I stepped in the room to the time that I left, and ,I’m talking the waiting room, I felt at ease concerns were addressed validated and dealt with in a professional manner. Keep an open mind and a big smile when you walk in that door and you’ll get the same back
Unfortunately this office is the only tier 1 option for those of us with certain Aetna plans. Dr Allen was dismissive and downright gaslighting. He stated that often times people wish their diagnosis was something worse and that I was disappointed it was “only IBS”. 20 years of pain and not a single consideration for anything other than IBS?
