So far this practice is a far cry from the Cedars standard I know and love. I can't get anyone to return my calls to schedule a standard procedure. Whenever I get someone on the phone after my own efforts, they, in a rushed, distracted tone, give me a different excuse as to why my appointment is not advancing. This is not up to Cedars standards whatsoever.
Went for colonoscopy and endoscopy. Everyone from reception to nursing to anesthesiologist to gastroenterology was perfectly professional, friendly, and thorough. It's not my first colonoscopy, but it was definitely the best and easiest one to do. Loved all the prep communication and follow-up. Oh, and they even validate parking!
From beginning to end the service was excellent. I received a phone call to schedule my appointment. I was provided very thorough instructions on what I needed to do to prep and I received the instructions via my CSlink. I arrived for my appointment and the ladies at the front desk were very warm and friendly for 7:30 AM. It's not often you get that type of customer service in the morning.
