Billing scam! Avoid!
Their billing process is terrible!!! They billed our insurance and we paid what our insurance said was our portion. Of course this process takes 30 to 60 days to complete as normal. You'd think that would be plenty of time to add in any other charges but after paying what the insurance company told us we owed, we received an additional and separate that DID NOT GO THROUGH OUR INSURANCE provider.
You might as well open your bank account and give it all to them. I called in the afternoon to inquire about an appointment. I was immediately offered an appointment for the next day. Caught by surprise, I accepted. BIG mistake. I called the next morning to ask about the cost to see if my insurance would cover (any) of it. Unfortunately it did not.
