Dr. Ahmed was cordial and attentive. But the receptionist who took my appointment did not do anything. She said she was going to mail me patient forms and will request for my previous medical records from my previous doctor from another state. But neither was done. When I printed out the forms, filled out and went to my appointment, I found out that my medical records were not even requested. I was told the receptionist will call and request for my medical records before my next follow up appointment. So my visit for today w... read more
Dr. Lord is a great doctor. This is my 2nd procedure with him over many years. He is a great communicator, and an excellent medical advisor on the relevant issues.
