Dr. Lord and his staff are very friendly.
I want to be very clear that the 2-star review I am giving is not for the medical treatment I received, but for their business practices. I would give a 4 or a 5 for their medical treatment, but a 0 for their business practices. I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Lord over the years. He has great bedside manner and thankfully both times the exploratory procedure didn't turn up anything. He is kind and takes his time and explains everything really well.
