Patients are either waiting and waiting or rushed through the procedure! Dr. appears to be more concerned with his after five life and the life of the patient recovering before him.
Dr. Kane knows his stuff, but that’s about all the good I have to say. Communication with the office is inconsistent and there are multiple people to go through usually so messages are often not relayed properly. And if you are unlucky enough to have had Dr. Kane reach you on his personal #, don’t bother trying to use it again in an emergency or he’ll just yell at you to contact the same office that you were trying to communicate with in the first place. Dr. Kane is amazing, he listens, he asks questions, he explains what he will be doing. His staff is very helpful and courteous. He does not just say this could be this or that, he does the tests and procedures to ensure he knows what is wrong without the try this, now try this, he does a procedure to ensure he knows what the root cause is, and addresses it there.
