Terrible !!! Poor quality care, mistreatment, enormous ignorance and, or worse, lack of basic medical knowledge. It is unfortunate. I do not believe that they have any minimal training. Péssimo!!! It takes a while to get an appointment, I suppose it's because they have lots of patients. So after 2 months of waiting, they turn us away because we do not have a physical insurance card, as I usually just use the BCBS app. You would think in the 21st century, a doctors office wouldn't mind going paperless. They would not allow us to email the information because they said they do not have an email for us to send it to. And they would not print it out for us either. STAY AWAY. Do your homework. Save yourself. Many other highly recommended Doctors in the area with much better customer service and knowledge.
