This office does not answer the phone they will notify you by message that you will get a call back within 24 to 48 hours which may eliminate you from being eligible to cancel within the 72 hours and that's what happened to me so I've been unfairly penalized financially.
Great experience. Entire staff was well above average. Dr. Sunbal Zafar is amazing. Very thorough and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I’ve been struggling with issues for awhile. Came here to Dr Z based off reviews. I deeply regret it. Im sitting here, a month post op, and haven’t a heard back from the doctor, or anyone. I feel like they charged me an arm and a leg to get this procedure done, only to be forgotten. I still don’t know what’s wrong with me, haven’t heard anything from anyone……tired calling and talking to someone….. Im out $3000. I don’t even know if she’s a real doctor or not, and maybe I’ve been scammed!!!
I felt overlooked by Dr. Osowo a lot, like a lot of my questions went unanswered and I’m left in the dark. His approach ended up causing more harm than good. I was supposed to see him within a month of my first appointment and didn’t end up seeing him until 4-5 months later because he cancelled on me twice last minute. It was insanely frustrating to book two months out and then get cancelled on with no reasoning and then have to book even further out.
