I am a patient of this practice since 2019. Recently my experience has been terrible. I tried receiving assistance via phone with JESSICA- who was very dismissive and curt. I could not get a response via the app so I went to the office, and encountered JESSICA AGAIN.. she was rude. Idk if this place is a scam but I will NEVER set foot in this establishment ever again!!! Today I was rudely and smugly greeted by Jessica who informed my copay was $25 & I was fully prepared to pay that 2x because at my last appointment I didn’t have a proper form of payment…Jessica tells me I owe $125 because I missed a procedure/surgery that was scheduled in AUGUST that I never scheduled,or knew anything about!!! Made an appt at their Southlake location. Received multiple confirmation texts. Arrived to the appointment and the door was locked. Called in to make sure I was in the right spot and they informed me that they cancelled the appointment. They claimed to have texted and called but I received no notice of the cancellation.

Well, I had a colonoscopy with this company. Contrary to the experiences that other reviewers had, I was treated well and with smiles from the front door entry and all the way to my departure. They were highly organized with their information, with documents spelling out instructions pretty clearly. Multiple personnel went over the instructions with me, reiterating what was to come and mistakes I should avoid.
