Doctor that did my procedure was great I had an issue afterwards because my doctor was waiting on orders because I wasn’t feeling well from me to get done but what was taking forever was gastroenterology never sent the orders to were I told them after speaking with them this morning, I had to go upstairs to get them because they didn’t answer the phone either nor have they called to check up and see how I have been doing. I’m very upset with how this process has been.
This review is not for the doctors or staff but strictly about the way the financial department operates. The ONLY reason I didn't give this review zero stars is because the doctors and medical staff were wonderful. That being said, I have never had such a disorganized and vague billing procedure from a medical institution in my life. Anita Kish was very thorough, however getting ahold of a nurse to ask questions to is near impossible. It took a week for them to answer my question about my labs they released but said nothing about. Now waiting another week to hear back again. UPDATE: I reached out to the office in April 2023 regarding some pain. Ended up hospitalized for 5 days. Figured they’d contact me eventually… never heard from them. My doctor's office faxed a referral over for a colonoscopy in November 2022 and these people have STILL not contacted me to get it scheduled. I have tried calling myself a TON of times and each time I get a voicemail for the scheduling department who has not returned a single one of my calls. Don't bother trying to reach the front desk because you'll get a voicemail there as well. They harp on people all the time about the importance of these screenings but won't answer the phone or return a call to get you scheduled. God fo... read more
Terrible place. Keep putting my husband on the back burner running up a huge bill. He feels terrible and hasn't gotten relief. Going on three years plus and cant figure out whats wrong still!
