I'm giving a 2 because past experience has been great. But for over a week I have been calling to get a referral to a surgeon that was recommended by his office. CRICKETS! I called Friday begging for a call back. CRICKETS! as long as you are his patient no problem but if you are needing help outside his practice you might as well give up.
