After filling out the required new patient documents, my wife called to speak with someone from this office to try and get in to see a doctor since she needs medical attention other than the Emergency room since we know this is a gastro issue. She was told the soonest appointment was in March, suggesting my wife wait it out to see this doc, with this sever pains and issues, and we were told to seek a gastro specialist after an ER visit. Never in my life have I encountered such a cold and uncaring person in the medical field as Dr Ransi’s assistant, Leticia (Letti). Dr. Ransi was nice enough but unfortunately, I had to communicate with Letti several times in order to get and give information regarding procedures, appointments and insurance for my son’s diagnosis of severe Crohn’s Disease. I went to Gastroenterology Medical Clinic for gastro issue. I saw Doctor Drew Ingram, my experience was below par. I am having same issue as before. Doctor Ingram seems to only care for gastro procedure. He convinced me to go for procedure. Staff is very nice before procedure. After procedure is done, they don't care whether you are doing well or free of symptoms. After my procedure, I was supposed to get brief on outcome of the procedure, No of it was done. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff welcomed me into their clean, modern office. The receptionist quickly checked me in and I only waited a short time before being seen. The doctor did not seem rushed. He clearly explained things and listened closely to me too. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in the Folsom area.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a colonoscopy some years ago (with a Dr. from this practice but a different endoscopy center). My experience this time, however, was completely different. I chose a different Dr. (Dr. Pecha) & he was straightforward, very attentive & addressed my concerns. The office staff are unbelievably incredible!
