Called to schedule an appt Aug. 28th they never called back. Called again, Sept 5th, only to be told: the Dr. no longer accepts new Medicare patients. Wasn't even nice about it. Plus no apology as to no return call from my message. So, this Dr is only interested in the almighty dollar. We Americans paid for years to have this service to be told now, we won't accept your insurance. Thank you so much.

Tried to reach out for an entire month leaving messages with their call center. The call center does not deliver messages. Be aware. Once I finally got through to making an appointment I was pretty happy. I booked it on my calendar. The day of my appointment I go in only to find out that the assistant who booked my appointment gave me the wrong date and time. I asked if I could still be seen anyways since I had taken off work.
