Dr Winters and Colette Davis ruined my life. I never had bad heartburn in my entire life. They overprescribed medications according to my PCP and now I can't live without medications. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Medical Board, but they did not seem to care. I offer new patients a stern warning, if you have a choice stay far away. You can thank me in another life.
